Pre-Order Lead Time

PRE-ORDER LEAD TIME:

Orders from 11st Jan: 

4-5 weeks (lead time is counted from 19th Feb 24, or date of purchase, whichever is latter)

E.g. order placed on 14th Jan 24 will be shipped by 22nd Mar 24 latest.

Special Note:

1. Lead time is counted from the date of purchase, confirmation of custom request or received date of exchange item, whichever is the latter. However, if your item(s) can be done earlier than above lead time, we will ship out immediately.

2. Lead time is up-to-date that we commit but we will not be able to advise the exact delivery date.

3. Lead time excludes shipping duration. 

4. Tracking # will be sent to your email address once your item(s) is shipped.

5. Order(s) with more than 1 item might have est. 1 week additional on top of above lead time.

6. We have all rights to reject expedition request.
